This is one of North Vancouver's most sought-after residential communities, and the desirability of the neighbourhood is reflected in its real estate. You're not generally choosing Edgemont because you're looking for the least expensive way into North Vancouver. You're choosing it because the combination of village, community, beautiful residential surroundings, and proximity to the mountains is difficult to replicate. 

Perhaps that's what people love most about Edgemont.

It offers the intimacy of a small village without asking you to give up the advantages of North Vancouver, or the extraordinary landscape that brought you to the North Shore in the first place.
